IS3: Full HD IP-Camera for industrial applications
The IS3 is a new camera solution for visual process monitoring. The camera accepts C-Mount, CS-Mount or S-Mount (M12) objectives and has a compact 29x29 mm cross-section. The camera may be connected to a central gateway via a conventional or even cable-chain certified Ethernet cable with a length of up to 100 meters. The straightforward PoE power source and simple GUI configuration make the camera ready to use within 10 minutes. A basic solution consisting of camera, gateway and monitor is available for as little as 500 Euros.
IC3 PRO EV3: A robust and scalable vision sensor for industrial applications
This new product family consists of an intelligent camera that is seamlessly integrated with a software module from the EVT EyeSens portfolio. The cameras have the ability to, for example, read codes, perform OCR, perform measurements or recognize components and their orientation. And the highlight: Additional software modules may be licensed at any time thereby expanding the cameras functionality. This yields a flexible, future secure embedded vision component with an attractive entry level price. Operation in an industrial environment is facilitated by an IP65/67 certified aluminium enclosure, 24 V power source, M12 sealed connectors and opto-isolated I/O.
LineCam3D und LineScan3D: Laser triangulation camera and 3D sensor
Using 3D sensors to measure distances, surfaces or other spatial characteristics has a reputation for being complicated and expensive. VRmagic proves that this doesn’t need to be the case by introducing two new laser triangulation components. The components are available as either a complete 3D sensor or as a laser triangulation camera. The fully calibrated 3D sensor version integrates laser, optics and protective circuitry into one package. Connect the cables and it’s ready to use. The laser triangulation camera may be used with a variety of lasers and, with the proper optics, forms a flexible system with user defined scan volume. Integration into the existing vision infrastructure is easy since all VRmagic 3D devices support GigE-Vision and the popular data formats.
RIC10: Super-fast 10 Gigabit Ethernet cameras with CMOS and Hyperspectral sensors
With a data rate of up to 1.25 GB/s, 10 Gb Ethernet (10 GbE) ranks as one of the fastest available interfaces for data transfer. The new RIC10 camera family with GigE Vision compatible 10 GbE interface is supplied with sensors that optimally use the available bandwidth, such as the CMV2000 and CMV4000 sensors from CMOSIS that can achieve 340 and 180 FPS, at full ROI, respectively. Further, VRmagic presents a camera that integrates an indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) based NIR sensor from Chunghwa with 350 FPS at full ROI. The hyperspectral sensors from IMEC are also available thereby enabling high speed spectral analysis.
