Visitech is proud to announce the introduction of the LUXBEAM LITHOGRAPHY SYSTEM – LLS*
Based on increasing demand for direct imaging solutions in the PCB lithography market, VISITECH has developed a complete sub-system for machine builders to install into PCB Direct Imaging Lithography machines.
The LUXBEAM LITHOGRAPHY SYSTEM has the capacity of 30/30 micron line / space and can provide from 1,5 – 12W of UV power onto the PCB panel. The system enables machine builders to configure state of the art very high throughput PCB printing machines.
The LLS is based on a multi UV LED light source which in combination with the robust and reliable DLP technology. This provides a system with long life time and low maintenance cost.
The design includes also features like Z height measurement, realtime autofocus tracking and motion, XY motion controllers, temperature management, liquid cooling and more.
The LLS is installed in our test printing machine in our laboratory and demonstrations and samples are available upon request.
The LLS and several subsystems are also configurable for other applications than PCB lithography.
