MONTREAL – May 9, 2013 — Matrox Imaging, a trusted supplier of machine vision components to OEMs, machine builders and integrators in manufacturing industries, in conjunction with Canadian representative, Integrys Ltd., will feature hardware and software for traceability, inspection and guidance at ATX Canada (Toronto, May 14-16).
Visitors to booth 875 will be treated to two demonstrations:
• Matrox Iris GT smart cameras and Matrox Design Assistant 3.0 smart camera software will be shown reading a Datamatrix code on a moving object and providing the results in an interactive HTML-based HMI. Design Assistant 3.0 is the latest release of the flowchart-based integrated development environment (IDE) for the Matrox Iris GT smart camera line which makes it even faster and easier for users to create their application's flowchart and HMI.
• The laser line extraction capabilities of Matrox GatorEye, a family of GigE Vision® industrial cameras with an IP67 rating, will be used to demonstrate the ability of Matrox Imaging Library (MIL) to build a 3D depth map and thus perform 3D measurements on moving objects.
