Security requirements for modern aircraft have increased enormously. Aircraft video surveillance systems for monitoring and analyzing processes on board aircraft are among the key topics, particularly for cabin surveillance, cockpit surveillance, and cockpit door surveillance. With its Flight Eye FE 310, Kappa offers a new Full-HD camera technology platform as the basis for cost-efficient camera solutions that meet all customer requirements in this area.
Based on this platform Kappa provides Do-160 vibration-resistant Full-HD IP cameras in ultracompact & light design with up to 130° FoV, high sensitivity, PoE (optional 28 V), streaming with H.264 and great flexibility to fit specific requirements. This technology is also perfect for FFF retrofit design solutions for seamlessly swapping out obsolete technology.
The FE 310 platform expands Kappa‘s Flight Eye program, which offers fully developed, standardized modules for important indoor and outdoor requirement profiles in the aviation sector.
