The Senso Drive has two versions: The Senso Drive – which is a thermal camera on the top of the vehicle, and the SensoDrive- P, which is a Periscopic Thermal Driver Vision System for under armour driving capability.
Today, most of the existing solutions for night driving are Night vision goggles base, which the driver sticks to his helmet with clips. This solution limits the driver, as well as the night vision goggles cannot detect hot bodies like thermal vision camera.
The Senso Drive enables driving in complete darkness, and could cope with all weather conditions. The SensoDrive provides clear picture within a few seconds from Turn-On. It could be mounted on any vehicle by providing Easy integration onto various platforms.
Senso-Drive-P
The Senso-Drive- P is a panoramic night driving system equipped with a thermal imaging camera and designed to provide tanks and APCs with night driving capability at the harsh conditions of military operations. Designed to fit small spaces of almost any armed vehicle, SensoDrive-P allows combat driving through hostile environment. SensoDrive-P provides a panoramic wide angle of view to allow the driver a realistic perspective of the route and objects.
SensoDrive-P enabling covert entrance into a danger zone, even in total darkness and allows protected passage through fog, smoke and dust.
SensoDrive-P comprises a military grade thermal (IR) camera fit into a small periscope with a wide field of view that helps the driver maintain situational awareness without being exposed to threats. SensoDrive-P complies with Mil-Std-810 and is nitrogen-filled and sealed, maintaining image clarity under the harshest operational conditions.
SensoDrive-P is equipped with Senso-Optics unique real time image processing algorithms that prevent glare by fire or heat radiant sources.
SensoDrive-P allows the driver to navigate between burning objects at night with the same ease as in normal daytime operations. A display screen provides the driver with superb panoramic vision both in day and night operations.
SensoDrive-P is extremely effective for driving under armor in armored-Personnel-Carriers (APCs), armored-Fighting-Vehicles (AFVs) and Tanks.
The SensoDrive-P boasts Micro bolometer 25μ, 384X288 resolution un-cooled sensor, with WFOV 57º Horizontal X 43º Vertical. The display is a Folded 7” TFT LCD Display, 800X480 resolution. Total weight is 2.3 Kg. operational ready.
Senso Drive
The Senso Drive is a rugged, night vision driving system, equipped with a thermal imaging uncooled camera.
In Home Land Security (HLS) operations, the SensoDrive serves as the primary visual tool for the driver, enabling covert entrance into a danger zone, even in total darkness and allows easy passage through fog, smoke and dust. The Senso- Drive comprises a military grade IR camera with a wide field of view that helps the driver maintain situational awareness.
The system is compliant with mil-std 810-F and is nitrogen-filled and sealed, helping to maintain image clarity under the harshest operational conditions.
The SensoDrive is equipped with Senso-Optics unique real time image processing algorithms that prevent glare by fire or heat radiant sources.
SensoDrive allows the driver to navigate a vehicle between burning barrels at night with the same ease as in normal daytime operations. rugged display screen provides the driver with superb vision both in day and night operation. The system is extremely effective for border control units, mobile special operations forces, as well as airport security and strategic infrastructure monitoring vehicles.
The detector is VOx Micro-bolometer 25 μm, with Effective Resolution of 384X288, and has 10.4” Mil-grad TFT LCD monitor.
